Great British Menu finalist Lisa began at Holbeck Ghyll in the Lake District before developing her culinary flair under David Everitt-Matthias at Le Champignon Sauvage.

Soon after Lisa joined Nigel Haworth at Northcote and within four years, at the age of 23, she led the kitchen brigade.
