Nathan Outlaw

After training at Thanet Catering College, Kent, Nathan worked at the Intercontinental, Hyde Park Corner for Peter Kromburg. He also worked with Gary Rhodes, Eric Chavot and John Campbell.

In 1998 Nathan moved to Padstow to work with Rick Stein and Paul Ripley; it was here that his passion for seafood cookery was ignited.

Restaurant Nathan Outlaw began in Fowey in 2007, and relocated to St Enodoc Hotel in Rock in 2010 under Nathan’s sole ownership, sharing the location with Nathan Outlaw’s Seafood and Grill, which started at the hotel in 2009. Restaurant Nathan Outlaw has won many accolades and awards, including two Michelin stars.

Nathan has appeared on the BBC in Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen.

He is a passionate and proud ambassador of everything Cornish, striving to create dishes which reflect the quality of the amazing produce found in the South West.
