Ginger beer recipes

A carbonated sweet beverage flavoured with ginger that’s a popular mixer for cocktails.

In Britain, ginger beer was made on a small scale for centuries and its sweetness and alcohol levels varied. Most of the ginger beer produced now is commercially produced on a large scale and is sweet and alcohol-free or very low in alcohol. Ginger beer, and its close relative, ginger ale, is a popular mixer for cocktails.
