How to dress a crab

How to dress a crab

By Mitch Tonks

Give your hob a break with one of these simple no-cook meals. Enjoy the pure flavour of raw ingredients pepped up with palate-popping ingredients, such as the zesty, sour-sweet-salty flavours in a ceviche or the mustardy tang in a well-seasoned steak tartare or shards of parmesan atop beef carpaccio. Cured foods, such as marinated salmon, will take a bit of forward planning but are well worth the process. And naturally, a fresh salad brimming with bright, verdant ingredients can be just the thing in hotter weather.
