Chickpea flatbreads with tasty toppings

These gluten-free flatbreads are easy to throw together and can be frozen in batches. Serve with your choice of topping (each topping is enough for four flatbreads).

Each flatbread provides 123 kcal, 6g protein, 15g carbohydrate (of which 0.8g sugars), 4.5g fat (of which 2.5g saturates), 4.5g fibre and 0.3g salt.
