Daniel Doherty

Daniel Doherty was awarded the Academy of Culinary Arts scholarship and he completed an apprenticeship at Michelin star rated 1 Lombard Street in London. Daniel is now head chef at London’s Duck & Waffle and founder of the Chefs of Tomorrow project.
