Chef Rene Redzepi began his career as many chefs do, at hotel and restaurant school. After a number of successful positions in kitchens across Europe, Rene returned to his home country of Denmark as head chef of Noma, Copenhagen. After a relatively un-successful start, Noma has become one of the world’s best-known eateries. In 2014, Noma won the award for World’s Best Restaurant for the fourth year in a row.
