Roopa is a chef, broadcaster and food writer born and brought up in Cumbria. After a diploma at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu cookery school Roopa worked in kitchens across India for over two decades, often appearing on television, too.
Now back in England, Roopa works and writes for several leading websites, campaigns and publications, including BBC Food and BBC Radio 4’s Food & Farming Awards.
