Place the flour in a bowl and whisk in enough water until it forms a thick batter.
Coat each strawberry slice in batter, and deep fry for one minute until golden. Drain on kitchen paper.
To serve, place the deep fried strawberries on a dish and top with marshmallows and ice cream.
