Ingredients

  • 90ml/6tbsp mayonnaise
  • 25g/1oz toasted cashew nuts, finely chopped
  • 2 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp toasted cashew nuts, whole

Method

  1. Place the mayonnaise in a bowl and add the chopped nuts, sun-dried tomato and parsley. Mix well.

  2. Sprinkle over the whole nuts and serve.
