Ingredients

For the roasted sole

  • 25g/1oz butter
  • 150g/5½oz sole fillet
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 100g/3½oz baby leeks, sliced

For the cumin chilli potatoes

For the white wine cream sauce
