In a bowl, whisk together the double cream, coconut cream, icing sugar and eggs.
Dip the brioche slices into the mixture to completely coat.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the brioche and fry for two minutes on each side, or until golden.
To serve, place the brioche slices onto a plate and dust with icing sugar.
