These cheese and tomato pastries would go down well at a children's party and kids can help make them too.
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Roll the dough out on a floured worked surface to a 3mm/⅛in thickness.
Spread the tomato puree all ove the pastry. Sprinkle over the cheddar and basil.
Roll the pastry up tightly, then cut it into 12 slices. Place the slices, cut-side up onto the baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden-brown.
