More indulgent than pork ribs, but still relatively inexpensive, beef ribs are also known as short ribs, thin ribs, and Jacob's Ladder. They typically have more meat than pork ribs and can be very tender. Try them grilled, barbecued, roasted or slow-cooked. Individual ribs can be added to stocks and stews.
