Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
Stuff the pear with the Stilton and place onto a baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the Stilton has melted.
Place the cranberry sauce and cream in a small pan over a low heat for 2-3 minutes.
To serve, place the baked pear on a serving plate and pour the cranberry sauce over.
