Place the chocolate pieces in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Do not let the base of the pan touch the water. Stir occasionally until the chocolate has melted.
Lay the strawberries on a piece of silicone or greaseproof paper. Drizzle over the melted chocolate. Allow to set, remove from the paper and serve.
