Place the cream, chopped papaya and one tablespoon of honey into a bowl and fold together.
Place an oiled 5cm/2in chefs' ring into the centre of a plate and spoon in some of the mixture.
To serve, remove the chefs' ring, drizzle over the remaining tablespoon of honey and garnish with the papaya cubes on top.
