Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
Place the flour, eggs, milk and sugar into a large bowl and mix together to make a smooth batter.
Divide equal amounts of the raisins among the six muffin cases. Pour the batter into the cases and top each muffin with a peach half.
Place the muffin cases into a muffin tin and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden-brown.
To serve, place the muffins onto a plate and drizzle over the chocolate.
