  • 1 garlic clove, chopped very finely
  • 150g/5oz mixed mushrooms (button, shiitake, ceps, girolle), chopped very finely
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 rosemary branch, chopped very finely
  • handful of parsley, chopped very finely
