Rub the steak with the Cajun spice and drizzle with oil. Heat a frying pan until smoking hot, add the steak and sear on all sides for 2-3 minutes.
Add the garlic and fry for one minute. Remove from the heat and leave to rest for five minutes. Slice thinly.
To serve, pile the herbs onto a serving plate. Top with the sliced steak and drizzle with balsamic vinegar, lime juice and a dash of olive oil.
