Paul was brought up in his family-run Bed and Breakfast in Southampton, and was part of the team from a young age. Inspired by his parents’ passion for hospitality and his mother’s Seychellois home cooking, he went on to study catering and hospitality before working under some of the country’s most respected chefs.
Driven by the sea and the renowned foodie scene in Padstow, Paul moved to Cornwall to open his own restaurants, Paul Ainsworth at Number 6 and Rojano’s in the Square. Paul has since been awarded a Michelin Star and his restaurants are often ranked amongst the top 100 restaurants in the UK.
