Preheat the oven to 220C/428F/Gas 7.
Line a rimmed baking tray with baking parchment.
Mix the flour, sugar and butter in a food processor until combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, until the batter is smooth.
Lay the pineapple slices on the baking tray and drizzle with honey.
Pour the batter over the top and level out.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through and springy to the touch.
