Fromage frais recipes

Fromage frais

A fresh, low-fat curd cheese made from pasteurised cow’s milk. It has very little fat but some varieties have added cream which makes them better for cooking.

Preparation

Fromage frais is delicious eaten on its own or with honey or fresh fruit purée. It can also be used in desserts or savoury dishes – use it to make savoury sauces to use as a topping for jacket potatoes.
